Official Guidelines:

  1. • All Bangor HOG Chapter member riders are eligible to enroll in this annual program and must have a valid membership card. The program’s run from January 1st to December 31st.

  2. • Program winners will be announced, and prizes awarded at the Chapters Annual Banquet. You need not be present to win.

  3. • You must enroll EACH motorcycle in the program prior to accumulating miles. Mileage accumulated prior to enrollment is not eligible for consideration.

  4. • Each Mileage Program form must document odometer readings and appropriate vehicle identification numbers for all vehicles used to accumulate required mileage.

  5. • Authorization Signature: Either see one of the Chapter Officers or Road Captains or bring your bike to the Central Maine Harley-Davidson's in Hermon to have your starting or ending mileage read and logged. Clint has been designated as the only person allowed completing the mileage form. (See attached form)

  6. • Broken equipment (odometer) will not be included in total mileage. If odometer is replaced, the original entry form needs to reflect that change. (See attached form)

  7. • An additional HOG Mileage Program form must be submitted when a vehicle is sold/traded indicating the ending mileage reading for the old vehicle along with the vehicle identification number and starting mileage of the new vehicle.

  8. • Those listed as a "passenger" on a form, but who are also "riders," may submit a separate enrollment form if they would like to accumulate miles as a "rider". However, mileage accumulated on one vehicle cannot be shared with another rider (i.e. the same mileage cannot be reported twice for two different rider awards).

  9. • Ties for position to be decided by who traveled the furthest distances from CMH-D in Hermon

  10. • Decisions of the Bangor HOG Chapter Director, Activities Committee and sponsoring dealer will be final.
