Ladies of Harley 1722

What is the LOH - The Ladies of Harley (LOH) is an active portion of our local H.O.G. Chapter. We are made up of ladies who ride their own bikes and ladies who ride on the back -- you don't need to own a bike to participate in the LOH! Our chapter is a very active group and we normally meet once a month -- watch the calendar for times and locations. We raise money for our Chapter. We help set up the volunteers for a lot of the activities that the Bangor H.O.G. Chapter sponsors and hosts, such as the:

Cook-Off
LOH Over Night Trips
HOG Picnic
Enchanted Forest
Halloween Party
MDA Telephone
Yankee Swap
Various Fund Raising Events.

Goals of the LOH -

· To foster a comfortable environment in which both lady riders and passengers can feel comfortable and of equal value to the chapter.

· To encourage participation from women in all chapter events.

· To encourage men to be supportive of women riders and passengers so that both feel comfortable helping and receiving help from one another.

· To make the concept that women riders do have different needs than many male riders an acceptable one and not one that puts women on bad or unequal footing.

Do you have “LOH” on your National Membership Card?

Did you know that being a member of Ladies of Harley is FREE? It is not, however automatic. You must contact HOG and tell them you'd like to be a member of LOH. Just call 1-800-clubhog... OR go to www.hog.com, log into the members only area, then go to Update Membership Profile. Just click the yes option for LOH and you're done! Now, how easy was that?? After you've joined, you will receive a LOH embroidered patch and you will also receive an LOH pin each year
